The Best Baked Potato

Jason's Deli in Layton makes the best, and biggest, baked potatoes. This one is their Pollo Mexicano, which is marinated chicken breast, sour cream, homemade pico, cheddar and spices.  I add cottage cheese to mine. One potato will last me three meals.

Jamba Juice Every Day

I've had the flu this week, and the only thing that sounds good is a Jamba Juice.  So for the last three days, this is what I've had for dinner.

Looking at my Feet

I've been laying on the couch since Saturday, watching TV, playing on the computer and looking at my feet.

Mystery Plant

I love house plants that don't require any care, and they are the only ones that will survive in my home. This one has been with me for years.  It's a succulent, and I don't remember it's name right now. The only drawback is if you move it or touch it, the little nubs drop right off.
